Meet Our Students

You will work with several professional dance teachers. You will receive a combination of private instruction, technique lessons, and practice sessions. You can learn as a couple or by yourself; you never have to have a dance partner when you take lessons.

Private Instruction
You'll work one-on-one with a private instructor who will teach you the basics of several popular ballroom dances. As you begin to feel more confident with your dancing, your instructor will introduce you to more techniques that will make you a better dancer.

Technique Lessons
During technique lessons you'll learn more steps and patterns. Every class you'll concentrate on one specific dance. You'll learn to develop your footwork, balance, timing, and control through solo practice. Also, you'll have the opportunity to dance with several different partners to develop your lead or follow.

Practice Sessions
Our practice sessions feel more like a party than practice. You'll get to dance with other students and instructors, practicing what you've learned in your private and technique lessons. Gain experience maneuvering around a crowded dance floor. Meet and mingle with other students at the studio.
